the staff helped me with my luggage upon arrival. i felt completely taken care of. the hotel had an umbrella that i could borrow when it was raining. it was a thoughtful touch i appreciated. the room was cleaned daily.

the hotel lacked a driveway to park my car upon arrival. hotel parking was unavailable .

the victorian room was impeccably clean with daily service. complimentary bottled water was available each day, which i really appreciated. i loved the rainfall shower and the spacious marble vanity in the bathroom.
